Jazz Parade

Join us for our spectacular Jazz Parade, leaving Fat Eddie’s at 1.30pm and making its way through the city to Cathedral Square and onto Tūranga with the Nelken Line.
And you’re invited to be part of it!
Bring the whole family and join the parade. Young tamariki might like to bring a percussion instrument, while horn players are encouraged to bring their instruments and join the band.
You can download the music in advance here so you can play along, or simply play by ear and join in the fun. We’ll join the Nelken Line from Tūranga at 2pm in Cathedral Square so bring your dancing shoes! Dance steps can be downloaded from here.
Meet just before 1.30pm downstairs at Fat Eddie’s.
Come along, make some noise and help us fill the streets of Christchurch with big band jazz!
